I founded JArchitects, a Belgian software house that grew through its own projects, through partnerships and through a number of acquisitions into what is now We+ Benelux. I led the company all the way through that last step.

About me

What twenty-five years of building companies taught me is less about technology than you would expect. Organisations grow when the people in them grow, and culture, leadership and clarity are what let a team perform. That is what I look at in an engagement, alongside the architecture.

At SmartAgents I am the one at the table with management: where the repetitive work sits, what automation actually returns, and where AI adds nothing. I say that last part out loud, because a pilot nobody uses costs more than it earns.
