AI Mastery: For Builders and Decision Makers
Our training courses
Our trainings make your organization more agile and faster. Participants learn exactly which AI model to use for maximum impact, without wasting capacity. Because employees handle routine work and small adjustments themselves with AI right away, the dependency on outside help falls away and your team gains vast amounts of time.
AI for business teams
You learn to put AI on the work that comes back every week: not one clever prompt, but a way of working you repeat and hand on.
What you learn
- Asking questions that lead to useful, consistent answers
- Turning recurring work into a workflow
- Building simple assistants, without a line of code
- Handling company data and sensitive work safely
- Who for
- Teams working with AI, no prior knowledge needed
- Group
- 5 to 20 participants
- Bring
- An AI subscription and your own laptop

Agentic engineering
Your developers learn to use AI cost-effectively to write code and automate recurring development work.
What you learn
- Putting agents on a ticket, a bug, a refactor
- Design patterns for the work you hand over
- What every question costs, and how to keep it down
- Guarding code quality with review, tests and guardrails
- Who for
- Developers building with AI
- Group
- 5 to 15 participants

Coaching on the job
Coaching for developers
We teach your engineers to work with AI by doing it together: explaining, demonstrating and applying it to their own tickets, until it sticks.
In practice: half a day a week beside your developers, on their own tickets. We work at the same screen, show what an agent can and cannot carry, and set up together the async workflows that keep work moving outside office hours. What we set up is yours and lives in your repository, not in our notes.
Right when
Your developers already use AI to complete code, but taking a ticket from start to finish is still no faster.
Coaching for business teams
We train your employees ourselves: what AI can and cannot do, and how to put it on their own case files. Coaching alongside the work already on their desk, with repeatable patterns instead of one-off prompts.
In practice: sessions with the people who do the work, on their own files. We map out together which step AI takes over and which it does not, write that down as a workflow your team runs again, and stay until it runs without us. Not a prompt library, a way of working.
Right when
Your teams already use AI, each on their own, and nobody can say what is actually being gained.
